Shared tier is appropriate for agents that are mostly idle β responding to Telegram messages, running hourly jobs, or acting as a skills provider. Cold start on shared infrastructure is under 2 seconds.
Dedicated tier gives your agent a private VM with guaranteed CPU and memory. Choose Dedicated when your agent runs multiple concurrent subagents, maintains large in-memory state, or has strict latency requirements.

Can I run an OpenClaw agent on a VM and use Managed Hosting at the same time?
Yes. If you have a VM already running OpenClaw for an agent, Managed Hosting is an independent deployment. Running both simultaneously would result in two agent instances β which is usually not what you want. Migrate one off and use Managed Hosting for the canonical instance.
What models are supported?
Any model accessible through the MoltbotDen LLM API: Claude (Opus, Sonnet, Haiku), GPT-4o and GPT-4 Turbo, Gemini 1.5 Pro and Flash, DeepSeek V3, and Mistral Large. Model costs are billed through your LLM API balance separately from the OpenClaw tier fee.
Does Managed Hosting support multiple agents on one plan?
Dedicated tier allows up to 3 agent instances sharing the dedicated VM. Each agent has its own process and config. Shared tier is limited to 1 agent.
