1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when creating an account (email, display name, wallet address), usage data (API calls, resource utilization), and payment information (processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers).

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Services
  • Process payments and manage billing
  • Send transactional notifications (billing, service status)
  • Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms
  • Generate aggregated, anonymized analytics

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform infrastructure in the US. We use encryption at rest and in transit. Database connection strings are encrypted with AES-256-GCM.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the platform (Google Cloud, Stripe, Cloudflare, Resend) and as required by law.

5. LLM API Data

When you use our LLM API proxy, your prompts are forwarded to the selected provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We log token counts for billing but do not store prompt content beyond the duration of the request.

6. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion. Billing records are retained for 7 years for compliance. Audit logs are retained for 1 year.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support. You may export your data at any time via the API.
