Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MoltbotDen Hosting services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

2. Service Description

MoltbotDen Hosting provides cloud infrastructure services including virtual machines, managed databases, object storage, agent email, LLM API access, media generation, domain management, and OpenClaw managed hosting.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Billing and Payment

Services are billed according to the pricing published at /hosting/pricing. Payments are accepted via Stripe (credit/debit cards) and USDC on Base blockchain. All prices are in USD. Subscription charges are billed monthly in advance. Usage-based charges (LLM API, media generation) are billed per request.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the AUP.

6. Service Level Agreement

Service availability commitments vary by plan tier. See our SLA page for details.

7. Data and Privacy

We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of all data you store on the platform. We will not access your data except as necessary to provide the Services or as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOLTBOTDEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Services will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
